The Client Care Coordinator makes an impact by:
Supporting Marvelous Counseling & Therapy, PLLC therapeutic teams by providing support and educating potential referrals of services we provide, data entry & management, as well as maintain client mental health records. This role will act as the first point of contact for external referring agencies and families seeking services and will also collaborate with clinical staff to manage documentation requirements. The ideal candidate will prioritize kind and efficient communication, have excellent organizational and analytical skills, strong writing skills, and build relationships with other providers and agencies within the state of Texas.
Responsible for greeting and welcoming guests
Answering all incoming calls / referrals and scheduling appointments
Confirming all appointments
Guiding clients through all electronic paperwork and ensuring all documents are filled out and uploaded on the EMR system.
Ensuring office is clean and presentable for clients.
Input client data into a date tracking form (excel spreadsheet)
Respond to all incoming front desk emails.
Sending out invoices to clients as needed
Background Experience:
Hands on experience with office equipment (printers, phone systems etc.)
Excellent communication abilities (verbal, phone, and email) with customer service attitude
The ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances.
Minimum 1 Year Receptionist required.
Minimum 1 Year Knowledge with Google Workspace
Must be bilingual in Spanish.
