What You'll Do at Marx Foods:

• Assorted administrative tasks such as scheduling, memo drafting, bid analysis and contract review, and helping in our test kitchen when needed.
• Data Management.
• Work within NetSuite.
• Assist Customer Service, as needed.
• Administrating of marketing print jobs
• Light logistics duties, such as mailing letters or minimal package tracking.

What You'll Bring to Our Table:

• Ability to work on multiple deadlines at one time across different teams.
• A friendly spirit, curiosity, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Sharp accuracy and attention to detail.
• An interest in, knowledge of or experience working with food or in the hospitality industry.

This is a hybrid remote, full-time position. You will work Monday to Thursday in our Lower Queen Anne office, and Friday from home.
