Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

Process orders, handle inquiries, and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Actively contribute to sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting new products or services.

Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of sales activities.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales and customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to commute to Landover office Monday-Friday.
