    Job Description

    We are seeking a Virtual Digital Customer Care Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing digital life insurance product and service information via phone, chat, and email.

    • Monday through Friday 40 hour work week

    • 8 hour shift anywhere between 8am-8pm EST

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Multi-task between phone, email, and chat in a structured work environment to support all customers

    • Handle customer inquiries about pre-policy servicing like provide quotes and guide with application process

    • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues and concerns about post-policy servicing

    • Document and update customer records based on interactions

    • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving digital products and services

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • At least 1 year experience in a call or contact center, i.e. answering inbound calls, chat, email

    • Comfortable with various web browsers, screens, and basic computer functions

    • Ability to prioritize and multitask

    • Positive and professional demeanor with a flexible agile mindset

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
