We are seeking a Virtual Digital Customer Care Specialist to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing digital life insurance product and service information via phone, chat, and email.

100% REMOTE, WORK FROM HOME ANYWHERE IN THE US
Monday through Friday 40 hour work week
8 hour shift anywhere between 8am-8pm EST
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Multi-task between phone, email, and chat in a structured work environment to support all customers
Handle customer inquiries about pre-policy servicing like provide quotes and guide with application process
Troubleshoot and resolve process issues and concerns about post-policy servicing
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving digital products and services
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 1 year experience in a call or contact center, i.e. answering inbound calls, chat, email
Comfortable with various web browsers, screens, and basic computer functions
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor with a flexible agile mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
