Our franchise operations are based in San Antonio with our primary customers being the franchise owners and their related teams. Massage Heights is seeking a Director of Skincare Services that will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Culture and Industry Relations. This position will be responsible for supporting programs and initiatives related to skincare services and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in overseeing Massage Heights skincare and facial programs and services

· Support training department with facilitating facial service training for franchisees, the Massage Heights system, new openings, and internal teams

· Support leadership team in new service development, testing and launches

· Assist in vendor relations

· Uphold Massage Heights Mission, Vision & Values

· Positive influencer supporting the overall Massage Heights brand

Requirements:

· 5 years of experience in esthetics and spa

· 3 years training in spa environments

· Professional presentation skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Excel working in a collaborative environment

· Strong interpersonal leadership

· Current on contemporary esthetic trends, products, and services

· Retail and customer service background

· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite

· Willing to learn and adapt as necessary

· Licensed in esthetics

· Must be able to travel

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience working in a Massage Heights Retreat

· Knowledge of franchising and franchise systems

· Experience in Zenoti point of sale software

· Live in Texas or Arizona
