Massage Heights - Sea Girt is looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! We are conveniently located in the Brook 35 West Plaza. The ideal candidate has demonstrated prior Sales and Management experience responsible, energetic, enthusiastic, a team player who has EXCELLENT communication and sales skills. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Meeting membership sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone
• Take charge for every Guest's Massage Height experience
• Use suggestive selling skills to build every sale
• Schedule new and return appointments based on Guest preferences
• Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team members
• Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job

Qualifications:

• Previous membership sales preferred
• Self-starter and fast learner
• Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort level with Technology and Tablets
• On-time, Reliable and a Team Player
• Capable of working flexible hours (evenings and weekends required)
