We are set up with the ability to provide Lymphatic Drainage Massage for pre and post-op surgical patients, Ashiatsu, Medi cupping, Graston, MLD, and much more.
This position includes a training program enabling LMTs to become Elite Massage Therapists with unsurpassed skillsets, positioning them for exponential growth and opportunity as an employee and upon program completion as an individual practice, if desired. Therefore, the duration of employment is expected to be a minimum of 2 years so as not to disrupt the invaluable learning curve.

Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to join our successful clinic. As a Massage Therapist, you will tailor massage treatments to your patient's individual needs and health goals. The successful candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of massage styles, possess a deep knowledge of human anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, and work well as part of a holistic wellness team.
Performs manual massage therapy and develops treatment and therapy plans unique to Clients needs
Performs massage, cupping, scraping, and other proprietary Cohesive Massage trained signature services
Responsible for room set up and clean-up
Participate in ongoing proprietary training provided by Cohesive Therapy
Follow through with company protocols provided
Ongoing training provided
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of massage and body treatments
Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy
Maintain accurate records of each session
Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals
Ensure a clean and safe facility
Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
Hold current state license and liability insurance to practice massage therapy
Strongly service-oriented with an ability to communicate effectively with clients in a one-on-one setting
High level of ethics and integrity.
