**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO): **

• Greet guest and provide a thorough consultation
• Provide massage and body treatment services to guests, as listed in the service menu
• Assist in retail recommendations
• Responsible for meeting salon/department benchmarks for retail sales and guest servicing/retention
• Complete and maintain continuing education requirements

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

• State of MI Massage Therapist License required
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task
• Superior guest servicing skills
• Experience with Aveda products and services a plus
• Polished, professional image, consistent with the Douglas J Image Principle
• Must be able to work a structured schedule that may include evenings and Saturdays
