Responsibilities: • Use therapeutic massage techniques to deliver a safe and exceptional customer experience that meets their needs and desired results • Cultivate a welcoming work environment by making positive relationships with clients and staff • Evaluate each client’s physical condition, stress level, and medical history to determine the most effective types of massage for their course of treatment • Oversee client plans and treatment progression, and maintain accurate treatment records • Make sure the massage table and products to be used on the client’s skin are ready before every appointment • Recommend additional products or services that may benefit the client Qualifications: • Must have licensure that complies with state and local laws • Completion of a massage therapy program preferred • High school graduate or equivalent • Must have experience in different types of massage techniques such as deep tissue massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, and reflexology • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $40 - $45 hourly
