Job Summary

Universal Strength Wellness Center is looking for a passionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our team! Whether you're newly licensed or have years of experience, we welcome candidates who are eager to grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage and body treatments

Educate clients on the services and products offered as well as the therapeutic benefits of regular massage therapy

Maintain accurate records of each session

Build relationships with clients to assist them with meeting their wellness goals

Ensure a clean and safe facility

Complying with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

Licensed (preferred) or in the process of obtaining licensure

Capable of performing deep tissue, Swedish, and maternity massage modalities

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience is a plus but not required – we value skill, passion, and a willingness to learn

Availability for a few later evenings (last appointment 5:30-6:00 PM) and/or Saturdays

Certifications in Stretching or Cupping Therapy preferred but not required

Willing to work with No-Fault clients on a weekly basis

Eager to grow within the company and advance their career
