We seek an experienced and passionate Massage Therapy Instructor to join our team and educate the next generation of massage therapists in our 750-hour Hybrid Massage Therapy program.

Job Responsibilities:

Teach and train students in anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and massage techniques following our structured hybrid online curriculum.

Provide hands-on demonstrations and supervise student practice in both classroom and clinic settings.

Prepare students for state licensure exams by covering all required educational components.

Foster an engaging and supportive learning environment that encourages student success.

Evaluate student progress through assessments, quizzes, and hands-on performance reviews.

Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.

Ensure compliance with Florida Board of Massage Therapy regulations.

Qualifications:

✅ Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in Florida with at least 3 years of professional experience.

✅ Prior teaching or training experience (preferred but not required).

✅ Strong communication and instructional skills.

✅ Passion for mentoring and developing future massage professionals.

✅ Ability to engage with students in a hybrid learning environment (both hands-on and online instruction).
