Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Master Technician with extensive experience in high-end and exotic vehicle diagnostics, repair, and performance enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of European and luxury automotive systems, advanced diagnostics, and the ability to work on cutting-edge technology with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs on high-performance and exotic vehicles.

• Conduct routine maintenance, engine tuning, electrical system repairs, and performance upgrades.

• Work with factory diagnostic software and tools (such as SD3, PIWIS, STAR, Autologic, etc.).

• Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine rebuilds, transmission work, and suspension tuning.

• Stay up to date with industry advancements, OEM service bulletins, and best practices for exotic and luxury vehicles.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to shop safety and cleanliness standards.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians as needed.

• Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards expected by luxury and exotic car owners.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in high-end automotive repair and diagnostics.

• Factory training and/or ASE Master Certification preferred.

• Extensive knowledge of European and exotic car brands, including Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley, McLaren, and Aston Martin.

• Proficiency with factory diagnostic tools (SD3, PIWIS, Autologic, etc.).

• Strong understanding of engine management systems, fuel injection, and vehicle electronics.

• Experience in performance tuning and aftermarket modifications is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with a passion for precision and excellence.

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end shop environment.
