Job Description
The on-air Technical Operations team in Centennial, Colorado manages playout, linear and digital distribution of content, and monitoring for NBC and Telemundo’s Network Operation and Owned Television Stations, including distribution of live programing (such as Today Show, SNL, America’s Got Talent, The Voice, NFL, Olympics, Election Coverage, FIFA World Cup, and Breaking News). The team also plays an integral role in origination and monitoring of Disaster Recovery streams for a diverse portfolio of cable properties. Our Master Control Operators play a critical role in maintaining 99.999% on-air reliability in this dynamic, multi-channel environment. Our Operators are technologically curious, obsessed with the details, and excited to solve problems as a team to get compelling content to viewer’s screens.
Note: This is a broadcast distribution role which has some interfacing with production teams, however, this role is not a production-based role.
Colorado applicants only, wage range: $50,000-$55,000 (not bonus eligible)
