  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking an MDM Steward to support data governance and master data management processes across the enterprise. This role involves implementing processes and policies for managing and accessing data within various systems and assisting in developing platforms for data sourcing, mastering, and dissemination. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, active listener, and critical thinker who can contribute to operational efficiency and data quality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Understand and translate business requirements into business rules to configure master data, workflows, and integration processes that ensure effective master data maintenance.

    • Gain awareness of the organization’s data strategy, governance councils, and Master Data Management applications to align processes and policies with business needs.

    • Provide research and analysis to support the vision, strategy, and objectives of the data governance and MDM framework, aligned with service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

    • Analyze business processes to identify root causes of data quality issues and recommend process improvements.

    • Build support for the MDM strategy, process design, and implementation roadmap while promoting MDM best practices.

    • Provide data consulting services to business units to enhance data management practices.

    • Assist in the development and enhancement of master data management platforms and data governance initiatives.

    • Apply systematic approaches to develop efficiencies in MDM processes.

    Education and Experience:
