    Master Electrician - Oklahoma City

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.

    • Oversee and manage complex electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

    • Diagnose and resolve challenging electrical issues, utilizing your expertise and problem-solving skills.

    • Provide technical expertise and training to junior electricians, fostering their professional development.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the company vehicle and at customer locations.

    • Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Master Electrician license (required).

    • 5+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on residential service.

    • Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical codes and best practices.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
