Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and high-quality work.
Oversee and manage complex electrical projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Diagnose and resolve challenging electrical issues, utilizing your expertise and problem-solving skills.
Provide technical expertise and training to junior electricians, fostering their professional development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both in the company vehicle and at customer locations.
Participate in company-sponsored training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Master Electrician license (required).
5+ years of experience in the electrical industry, with a focus on residential service.
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical codes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
