    Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and experienced Master Plumber to join our team! In this role, you will prepare quotes for diagnostics, service, and installation of plumbing in multi family residential and light commercial environments.

    You are a licensed Master Plumber with a commitment to quality in all the work you do. A team player who is comfortable supervising journeymen, tradesmen and apprentice plumbers under you, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must!

    Responsibilities

    Prepare plumbing estimates within set deadlines and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Keep property managers and J National owner apprised of any problems that may arise.

    Manage day to day activities of multiple projects. Assist with boiler installations when needed.

    Responsible for ensuring quoted jobs are on schedule and on budget.

    Review job cost / job hours reports compare with budget weekly and identify issues as soon as possible.

    Review reports with plumbing department supervisor/manager and make corrections when needed to keep project on budget and efficient.

    Verify material and equipment is ordered and on schedule.

    Verify adequate manpower has been allocated to project and fits within constraints of schedule and budget.

    Verify progress and job site reporting accuracy. Ensure technicians obtain before and after job pictures, signatures from clients, and document the work performed. Obtain all information to close the job so that it can be invoiced.

    Review GPS system for location of field technicians required on jobs.

    Identify inefficiencies and formulate solutions. Identify potential safety hazards and problem management.

    Maintain professional Interpersonal verbal and written communications skills.

    Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining organization.

    Qualifications

    Valid Master Plumbing License

    Minimum 5 years of professional experience

    Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems

    Ability to handle plumbing tools and equipment
