Education and Experience

Five years of facility service maintenance technician level experience; 5-10 years commercial plumbing

Plumbing apprenticeship certification, and at least six (6) months of trade-related work experience

High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate preferred

Basic carpentry skills for remodeling projects

Skills and Abilities:

Employment dependent on clean drug screen

Must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record

Med-gas preferred

Mandatory residential and commercial experience

Technical skills – has knowledge and ability to diagnose, work with and repair

Efficiently use trade specific tools

Basic use of cable drain cleaning

Basic use of jetting drain cleaning equipment

Basic electrical

Basic pump lift station diagnosis/repairs

Basic water heater diagnosis and repairs

Basic plumbing fixture installation

Collaboration with other tradespeople

Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
