    As the Master Scheduler, you will serve as the key liaison in establishing a precise, comprehensive project schedule for our enterprise cloud initiative. Working closely with technical team leads, project managers, and stakeholders, you will develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) that aligns with business goals and technical milestones. Your focus will be on ensuring smooth communication between teams, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or delays.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large cloud service programs using MS Project.
    • Develop Gantt charts, milestone reports, and critical path analyses to ensure project timelines remain on track.
    • Automate manual reporting processes, creating real-time dashboards for effective monitoring.
    • Collaborate with business units to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project timelines.
    • Build and maintain linkages and dependencies between tasks across projects and systems.
    • Work with Agile processes to manage multiple cross-functional teams.
    • Create and update project management tools to communicate key timelines and priorities.
    • Produce timelines, reports, and analytics for customers, managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts between project teams to maintain production flow.
    • Stay current on industry standards, trends, and project management best practices.

    Required Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in scheduling, project planning, or as a business analyst in a similar role.
    • Proven expertise in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and conducting critical path analyses.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and facilitate effectively.
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and new challenges.
    • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytics for business operations, program management, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) processes.
    • Knowledge of workflows, issue types, permissions, and notifications in project management systems.
    • Exceptional communication skills, with experience collaborating across senior leadership and diverse teams.
    • Ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences and foster high customer satisfaction.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification (preferred).
    • Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
    • Working knowledge of JIRA Query Language (JQL) and Confluence.
    • Previous experience supporting federal government contracts.
    • Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar methodologies.

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Remote/telework environment.
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Frequent use of a keyboard, laptop, and mouse.
    • Clear and effective communication with team members and customers.
    • Minimal travel may be required.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • BS/BA in Computer Science, a technical field, or a related discipline; OR 8+ years of relevant experience.
    • Experience managing program schedules for large projects.
    • Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required.
