    Job Description

    ** Position Summary**

    This position supports MasterBrand’s Home Delivery team while assisting in shipment delivery execution from our 105 cross dock locations to our customers. The focus is on meeting customer delivery expectations by delivering on-time, complete, and damage-free.

    We are open to an individual working remotely within 2 hours of our Jasper, Indiana Corporate office. Ideally, you would reside in the Evansville, Jasper, Indianapolis, or Louisville, KY area. Candidate must be willing to travel up to 50% in the future.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Fully support and drive the MasterBrand Way in all day-to-day activities while focusing on daily management and problem solving.
    • Responsible for Home Delivery SQDIPE Daily Management file and perform all tactical home delivery functions: customer complaint resolution, order dwell management, and agent changes.
    • A high-level of focus required to review damaged orders and late hub orders daily to exceed customer satisfaction.
    • Subject matter expert within team to resolve time-critical transportation and delivery issues utilizing cost-effective methods.
    • Work diligently in multiple legacy ERP systems and provider’s web-based systems to research orders and respond to inquiries.
    • Lead weekly meetings with 3PL providers to address operational issues and drive corrective actions.
    • Escalation point and must maintain effective communication between Sales, Customer Service, and 3PL providers and cross dock locations.
    • Ability to research EDI transmissions to ensure successful transmission between Masterbrand and our providers.
    • Identify recurring issues, investigate root causes, and implement countermeasures to drive positive GAP impact.
    • Develop and maintain all SOPs of home delivery office functions.
    • Direct Home Delivery Field Managers on locations that are failing metrics and need improvements
    • Cross-training in other positions within the department, as necessary

    Education & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis in Supply Chain Business or related field strongly preferred
    • Lean/ Six Sigma training and/or certification preferred
    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Outlook Excel PowerPoint etc.)
    • Travel 10% to cross dock locations

    Organizational Relationship

    • Position reports to the Director Home Delivery
