Position Overview:
Masterworks is looking for a Membership Coordinator responsible for meeting with potential investors by phone, igniting their interest in Masterworks, and guiding them to the next step of the investment process. We are seeking passionate individuals to assist users in answering high-level questions about art as an asset class and help convert website users to active investors.
This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales, has the drive to excel in a start-up/fintech environment, and has experience going above and beyond for their customers. We would love a candidate with an interest in art, but certainly not required. Our ideal candidate has 2-3+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.

How does Masterworks think about compensation?
This is a remote position open to candidates located in Alaska, Florida, Nevada, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
The compensation range for the role is $26-31.5k annually. (Note: Additional opportunity to earn up to $2,500 in performance bonus monthly). The advertised pay scale reflects the good faith salary range for this role and is not a promise of a particular wage for any specific employee. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
