    **Position Schedule
    ** Full time job, 5 days a week, 8 hours working day

    **Job Conditions
    ** Mainly an office setting job, spend some time outdoors in the weather and elements. Majority of the time indoors in air-conditioned areas.

    **Summary
    ** As a Automotive Customer Care Specialist, you will be directly responsible for monitoring and following up with potential customers via leads in the forms of but not limited to internet, phone and visits to the dealership. Providing outstanding customer service skills alongside having the goal to schedule or assist the customer.

    Essential Functions

    • Following and maintain relationship with former customers
    • Monitoring and contacting internet leads
    • Phone calls throughout the day of incoming and outbound calls
    • Determining each customer’s vehicle needs by active listening
    • Learning, understanding and following call and email scripts
    • Setting, confirming and following up on appointments
    • Performing survey with customers
    • Other duties as required
    • Assisting and working alongside the Sales team
    • Speak to in-market consumers to evaluate vehicle wants and needs
    • Discuss available vehicle in each segment
    • Ask investigating questions to understand customer’s wants and needs best
    • Assist consumers in selecting vehicles that will fit their lifestyle
    • Assist consumers with loan application, if necessary
    • Assist consumers with trade-in questions / offers as necessary

    Minimum Qualifications

    • To be able to track record in customer service and/or sales; BDC/internet automotive
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to establish rapport and build relationships to ensure repeat customers
    • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills
    • Professional appearance and demeanor
    • Passionate about the automotive industry and new vehicles in general.
    • Familiarity with the new makes and models available today.
    • Computer Savvy with the ability to manage multiple applications at once.
    • Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
    • Desire to help others and assist them in reaching their goals.
    • Communications And Interpersonal Skills
    • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
    • The ability to maintain a positive, good-natured attitude is essential
    • Comfortable with interacting with customers, speaking on a public address system, and using automotive computer systems
    • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
    • Ability to meet company’s production and quality standards.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Licenses

    • Driver’s License
    • Sales License (Or can be obtain upon hiring)
