Contact Center/Telephone Answering Service Representative
Job Description
We are seeking Contact Center/Telephone Answering Service Agents to join our team. We are a professional Answering Service with a heavy concentration in medical telephone answering service clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Previous customer service or contact center/answering service experience - 1 year (minimum)
• Customer Service driven
• Good data entry skills - Type 30+ wpm
• Able to communicate with clients in a professional manner
• Positive attitude
• Professional phone etiquette
• Exceptional attendance
• MUST be able to work flexible hours which include days, nights, holidays & weekends
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Handle incoming customer calls
• Ability to follow instructions for client satisfaction
• Collecting caller information for message ticket
• Dispatching / Processing of message tickets
• Confirm and/or Escalate messages to higher level
• Support your team
