Matrix Pack North America is looking for a full-time forklift driver to join our growing team! We are the leading paper straw manufacturer here in the Pacific Northwest! As our forklift driver, you will play a key role in our operations by moving raw materials, finished products, and ensuring efficient material flow within the warehouse. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a forklift to move materials, products, and pallets within the warehouse.

Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper storage and inventory management.

Assist with order picking, packing, and staging of products for shipment.

Perform routine checks and maintenance of forklift equipment.

Follow safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipping goals.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

Requirements:

Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Bilingual strongly preferred but not required.

Wages: $20-$24 an hour depending on experience.

Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday-Friday
