    The EiRAM Group, a rapidly growing Woman-Owned SBA Certified 8(a) company, is expanding its operations in the DC area! We are seeking an experienced Material Handler Team Lead to join our team and oversee essential building support services.

    Position Overview

    As the Material Handler Team Lead, you will manage a team of three, ensuring the efficient execution of daily building support services. Your responsibilities will include handling office furniture, equipment, official records, secure and non-secure files, and office setups. This role also involves assembling and disassembling furniture, repairing office furnishings, managing office equipment (computers, copiers, monitors, etc.), and providing logistical support within a 100-mile radius of the National Capital Region (NCR).

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead and supervise a team of three in executing building support services.

    Oversee office furniture assembly, disassembly, repairs, and inspections.

    Manage the transportation of excess furniture and supplies to FEMA facilities.

    Maintain office equipment, replenish hand sanitizers, and support conference room setups.

    Provide help desk support for furniture-related inquiries and requests.

    Coordinate with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) to ensure contract compliance and operational efficiency.

    Document and submit meeting minutes within two (2) business days for all discussions with the COR regarding performance, procedures, and issue resolution.

    Qualifications & Skills

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required

    A valid driver's license

    5+ years experience in material handling, logistics, or facilities support, preferably in support of the Federal Government.

    3+ years in a supervisory role

    Ability to manage and motivate a team.

    Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Ability to lift and transport office furniture and equipment.

    Familiarity with government facility procedures is a plus.
