    Position Overview:

    Lumina Spes Group is seeking skilled Material Scientists to drive the development of advanced materials for secure authentication solutions. This role will involve researching and creating innovative materials with unique internal structures that enhance product and document verification capabilities. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of material science to create robust and secure solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop, test, and implement advanced materials, focusing on durability and performance in tech applications.

    Work closely with engineering teams to integrate materials into product authentication tags.

    Research and apply advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure durability and reproducibility.

    Analyze materials’ structural integrity, thermal stability, and other essential properties.

    Stay informed on industry advancements in material sciences, focusing on sustainable and high-performance materials.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

    Strong foundation in advanced material design and micro-structuring techniques.

    Experience in material testing, quality assurance, and durability assessment.

    Proficiency with material characterization tools and methodologies.

    Coachable & Strategic:

    Willing to listen and adapt based on guidance from LSG.

    Able to translate strategic vision into practical actions.

    Security and Eligibility Requirements:

    Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

    Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
