    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to be:

    • Responsible for making adjustments, communicating the adjustments to Finance and entering the approved adjustments into QAD.
    • Responsible for updating the tracking spreadsheets accurately.
    • Assist in overseeing all inventory transactions and reporting on the master schedule.
    • Responsible for assisting in the accurate maintenance of inventory and records, and timely entry of receipts into the business system.
    • Responsible for the set-up and maintenance of the auto-label printers.
    • Assisting in the development and implementation of new processes to improve departmental efficiency.
    • Partner with Quality colleagues on maintenance of materials/quality systems.

    This full-time role is a part of our Elkton, Michigan team.

    Required experience:

    • Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent experience.

    • Minimum of three (3) or more years experience in materials.

    • Good computer skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office software.

    • Ability to assume responsibility with the corresponding authority and accountability. Results oriented.

    • Excellent follow-up and accountability skills.

    • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.

    • Ability to work well with others in a team environment.

    Required Skills/Knowledge:

    • Microsoft Office suite (to include excel spreadsheets)
    • Expertise with written correspondence (bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred)
    • Ability to analyze complex problems related to placing non-US citizens in non-US locations and calculating the allowances due them
    • Customer Service and Teamwork focused: Establishes and maintains positive and productive communications with staff and serviced organizations.
