Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for efficient materials management, production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics operations.
• Oversee the procurement, storage, and distribution of materials to support production goals while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure alignment and meet customer demands.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce waste, and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards including IATF/16949, ISO 9001, and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in materials management within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF/16949, ISO 9001, and other quality management systems.
• Proficiency in production scheduling, inventory control techniques, and logistics operations.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of driving results and fostering teamwork.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems.
