The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 plus bonus potential. The actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with clients seeking legal advice on matrimonial and paternity matters. • Represent clients in court proceedings related to divorce, child custody, and spousal support. • Draft legal documents such as petitions, motions, and settlement agreements. • Conduct legal research on relevant laws and precedents to build strong cases for clients. • Provide ongoing legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the legal process. Qualifications: • 3 - 5+ years of experience practicing family law, specifically in matrimonial cases. • Licensed attorney in the state of Illinois. • Strong understanding of Illinois family law statutes and regulations. • Proven track record of successful case outcomes in matrimonial disputes. • Excellent negotiation and mediation skills. Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 base
