Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced (3 years minimum) Matrimonial and Family Law Attorney to join our downtown law firm. In our small yet established firm you will be providing legal counsel in all areas of Family and Matrimonial practice, as well as, working closely with administrative staff, other colleagues, and senior partners to provide excellent legal services to our clients. If you are a self-starter with a passion for law, we want to hear from you. Salary is commensurate with experience

Qualifications

Successful completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school and bar exam

Properly licensed to practice law in New York State

Minimum 3 years experience

Able to handle multiple cases at once

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

Ability to collaborate with colleagues to best serve clients
