    Job Description

    THE OPPORTUNITY: 

    The Senior Planning Analyst is a key partner with our Demand and Supply Planning organizations, will be charged with understanding key business processes and will contribute to coordinate, as part of the Sales & Operation Planning organization, the interactions between Supply/Plant Manufacturing and Regional Demand Planning. The incumbent will help develop the supply planning process, tools, and standard reporting as well as be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the supply planning tools in use.

    WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE: 

    • Oversee the periodical generation of the Supply Plan to the Manufacturing team, ensuring its accuracy and optimality
    • Proactively identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover
    • Perform monthly supply/demand review with Demand Planners and Manufacturing Planners to monitor the overall demand/supply status and proactively initiate any needed corrective or improvement initiatives
    • Proactively monitor demand volatility and supply/demand match ratios, identifying any early actions might be taken to improve them as per Company’s guidelines
    • Lead root cause analysis and use data to support development of Global Supply Planning processes and procedures
    • Support strategic project initiatives and change management related to process improvements within Global Supply Planning

    WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in supply chain positions (plan, source, make, deliver) preferably in a consumer products industry
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
    • Experience with Supply Planning tools (like Blue Yonder) is preferred
    • Coding experience in SQL, R or Python preferred
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
    • Ability to collaborate and influence various roles and profiles across the business to build trust, consensus and drive results
    • Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations
