INTRODUCTION & PRIMARY FOCUS: Growing security guard company needs a Recruiting Assistant to help our team in various capacities including staffing, scheduling, payroll, time-and-attendance and general HR management. The primary focus, however, is Recruiting with a high volume of expected daily calls. Recruiting Assistant will work in conjunction with our Operations Supervisor and our CEO to ensure our staff is satisfied, all positions are filled, and our clients are happy. This is a fabulous training ground to learn all aspects of the security guard business.

FULL OR PART TIME AVAILABLE: This job can be either full or part time.

Full time requires the person to work mostly swing hours, including weekends, either in El Segundo or Culver City, working alone at a quiet guard booth location.

Part time work would consist of 2 hours each day Monday-Friday, the exact times there is some flexibility on. One can work from home or remotely, though we seek someone in the Greater Los Angeles area.

PROBATION: After a 60 to 90 day probationary period of demonstrated success, a salary can be offered. Until then, during training and probation, we will mutually agree-upon a fair hourly wage. Both parties must make sure this is a good fit

EXPERIENCE : Although we prefer someone with prior security experience it is not essential. More importantly, we want a smart, reliable, hard-working individual who seeks a challenging career in service-based Management, likes the idea of wearing various hats.
