The General Manager role is an exciting opportunity where you'll lead the pre-sale initiative, operate the location upon opening, oversee all operations within the health club, manage and lead the team in acquiring production goals that meet the business's financial needs for growth, ensures the highest quality of service for our members, work directly with the Assistant manager daily to supervise the sales team, and create a fun work environment for our employees and members.
So, who are we looking for?
Someone who has Health Club Management Experience.
While this is not a deal-breaker, it is preferred.
Someone who understands and thrives in production-based business.
You MUST be comfortable in coaching others and motivating a sales team. Therefore, sales experience is a plus.
You will be coached and have the tools to get you started, but at the end of the day you must be very good at getting things done.
Someone competitive by nature.
You work hard and go straight for the goal.
You strive for growth and success.
We are NOT looking for someone who needs to be managed constantly or can only do what they’re told and how to do it.
Someone who is assertive but also a team player.
You aren’t afraid to take charge.
You are willing to turn plans into actions and take suggestions and brainstorm with your team to move forward with our common goals.
