    Job Description

    Reports to: President Hours: 9:30am-6pm 

    Background

    Max Recovery Group LLC is a collections and consulting agency servicing funding entities in the Merchant Cash Advance industry. We are seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.  Responsibilities Legal Process: •    Create, compile, proofread, and revise drafts of legal documents •    Coordinate document review between internal stakeholders  •    Research and obtain relevant information from other organizations or agencies •    Submit legal documents to external organizations •    Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner •    Update clients on case status

    Administrative Duties:

    •    Review and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail •    Maintain and update CRM database •    Answer and direct incoming calls •    Download and prepare reports from CRM for management review •    Minor Excel work

    Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree •    One year of experience in a legal environment preferred 

    Requirements:

    •    Strong attention to detail •    Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities •    Professionalism while collaborating with varying managerial levels as well as other staff •    Punctual and responsible •    Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude •    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite •    Experience with CRM databases  •    Ability to grasp and interpret legal documents •    Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
