Job Title: Maximo Application System Program Manager

Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80903

End: 4/30/2026

Reason : Other- Needed support of the MAXimize Program Utilities is moving from a heavily customized out-of-support version of Maximo-to-Maximo Application Suite (MAS) the newest version of Maximo.

Responsibilities:

In support of the Maximized Program, Utilities is moving from a heavily customized out of support version of Maximo to Maximo Application Suite (MAS) , the newest version of Maximo.

Some of the work included in this program are:

• Administration Module
• Asset Module
• Contracts Module
• Financial Module
• Integration Module
• Inventory Module
• Planning Module
• Preventative Maintenance Module
• Security Module
• Purchasing Module
• System Configuration Module
• Work Order Module

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field is required.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PgMP (Program Management Professional)
• ISO 55001 or related certifications (like ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management, specifically Maximo implementations and/or upgrades.
• Strong understanding of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, modules and how they are efficiently and effectively utilized at a four-service utility.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel).
