With over 40 years of experiences in Real Estate Law, the Port Chester, NY, office of McCabe, Weisberg & Conway has an opening for a full-time Foreclosure Attorney. MWC is a fast-paced, mid-sized transactional law firm representing mortgage lenders, banks, and financial institutions in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia and Florida. MWC specializes in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, Evictions, REO, Litigation, and Title Claims.

The ideal Attorney will have one year of attorney experience. This role requires a person who is a logical and analytical thinker, must be self-motivated with strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills. This candidate will need to be able to work efficiently and effectively with a high volume of work while working with a team of Legal Assistants and a Team Lead.

The candidate must be barred to practice in the State of New York. The areas of focus for this role will include New York Foreclosure, Docketing, Service, Settlements, Evictions, and Title.

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
