    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist in industrial Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in expanding our market presence by engaging key stakeholders and decision-makers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate and qualify leads, establish new customer relationships, and promote the McCue brand through consultative sales approaches. Reporting to the National Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with our sales team to pass warm leads and ensure seamless transitions. This role requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a smooth and efficient sales process while upholding our company standards and customer requirements.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation & Qualification: Achieve activity KPIs and generate five new qualified customer handoffs per week.
    • Prospecting & Outreach: Engage top 1000 warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing players through various mediums.
    • Relationship Building: Develop and nurture client relationships using a consultative approach via phone, email, and webinars.
    • Collaboration: Coordinate site visits with the Sales Team and maintain CRM data in HubSpot.

    Core Competencies:

    • Advanced computer skills, including email, HubSpot, Zoom, and lead generation software.
    • Expertise in contract negotiations, proposal development, and presentation delivery.
    • Proficiency in blind communication, virtual selling, redirecting rejection, and capitalizing on positivity.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years in sales within the Industrial, Manufacturing, and Distribution industry or related experience with solutions-based cold calling and quick interest success rate.
    • Strong analytical, collaboration, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Confidence in providing value-based safety and facility improvement solutions.
    • Ability to work independently.

    Travel Requirements:

    • Occasional travel to HQ.

    Reporting Structure: You will report to the National Sales Director.
