McDonald’s Workplace Solutions Group is part of McDonald’s Global Business Services organization and is responsible for managing our workplace facilities and experience. Our team ensures our McDonald’s employees and guests are welcomed to a world class headquarters thar engages and inspires them to do their best work. The team manages everything from arrival experience to employee and wellness events to our many communication channels.

How You’ll be Compensated

You’ll be lovin’ your compensation which will include:

• $25/Hour (Expect to work 40 hrs each week)
• Housing Stipend

• Eligible for Summer Hours

Qualifications

You are a strong candidate if you:

• You’re a Junior working towards your Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date in Fall 2024 or Spring 2025
• Preferred majors include: Hospitality or Communications
• Have a passion for creating inspiring employee experiences pursuing a career in hospitality, events or communications.
• Can work Monday-Friday all 10 weeks of the internship June 10 - August 16
• Have communication skills that are strong and adapt based on your audience
• You’re committed to a culture of inclusiveness
• You want to impact the modern era of McDonald’s
