McDonald’s Workplace Solutions Group is part of McDonald’s Global Business Services organization and is responsible for managing our workplace facilities and experience. Our team ensures our McDonald’s employees and guests are welcomed to a world class headquarters thar engages and inspires them to do their best work. The team manages everything from arrival experience to employee and wellness events to our many communication channels.
