McDonald’s is in the midst of a multi-year strategic transition to cloud. The Global Technology Enterprise Services team is looking for an Oracle ERP cloud Solution Architect with a proven track record of delivering solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment, across various geographies around the globe.

The Solution Architect will assist with a variety of ERP implementation-related initiatives and tasks in support of McDonald's current and future use of Oracle Applications solutions.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven experience implementing ERP cloud solutions across different industries (QSR industry a plus) with large-scale implementation project experience within global organizations.
• Strong Knowledge of Finance business processes, a clear understanding of best practices, and experience with Oracle Cloud ERP. Experience with Oracle EBS on premise application is a definite plus.
• Hands-on experience working with Oracle Cloud ERP Finance – Payables, Receivables, General ledger, Cash Management, Assets, Projects etc.
• Used modern practices to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., Agile, DevOps, test automation, etc.)
• Understanding of Cloud architecture, application security and localization requirements.
• Provide best practice options and communicate with both technical and functional audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Worked as a trusted advisor to implementation partners or clients
• Reviews, analyses and evaluates business systems and user needs
• Worked with large, global teams to deliver results. Teams would have consisted of employees and third-party contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration
• Experience leading sizeable IT planning and application development functions
• Oracle Cloud ERP experience in Finance domain
• Demonstrated strong negotiating, influence, and leadership skills
• Delivered projects and operations using agile delivery principles and teams is a plus
• Effectively worked in a matrix organization
• Experience in Automation/RPA, digital/virtual assistants and mobility is a plus
