We are headquartered in Scottsdale AZ and seeking 2-3 new full-time Staff Accountants to join our growing accounting team!  Each of our Staff Accountants have an excellent opportunity to prepare and maintain financial records to track one of our many entities assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.  Each of our staff accountants have the opportunity to be a part of the full-scope accounting cycle for each of the entities they are responsible for managing.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

MONTHLY

·        Accurately and precisely maintain General Ledger for multiple entities.

·        Directly manage all areas of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

·        Maintain monthly fixed asset schedules

·        Perform account analysis and reconciliations

·        File monthly sales tax for business units

·        Compile and prepare monthly financial statements including Balance Sheet and Income Statements for review.

·        Assist with monthly Investor distributions

ANNUALLY

·        Prepare full year financial statements for tax preparation

·        Prepare 1099’s for distribution

REQUIREMENTS:

·        Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or related fields.

·        Ability to work in a team environment under firm deadlines

·        Strong computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word) and NetSuite and QuickBooks software experience a plus.

·        Excellent attention to detail and time management

·        Adaptable to change and variety

·        Construction experience is a plus

COMPENSATION: $45-$55k DOE
