We are currently seeking an FMS Training Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.
-Provide direct support to the PMA-299 FMS Training Lead in all matters related to the assigned India training systems projects. This includes providing support over resources management, such as funding, contracts, priorities, schedules and personnel, as required, to ensure completion of assigned projects within the time and resources allotted in the FMS Case.
Responsibilities include:
-Monitor and assist the PMA-299 FMS Training Lead in aligning workload to requirements (primarily contracts.)
-Support the overall management, direction and control of the development, integration, testing, production, fielding, and life cycle support of India training/training systems.
-Assist with directing teams of multi-disciplinary professionals from various functional areas and agencies. Assist with working out conflicts within the IPT and bring them up to the appropriate functional manager(s).
-Assist with the development of the India MH-60R specific training plan for H-60/S-70 customers, in coordination with NETSAF, NAWCTSD, and USN Fleet training commands.
-Interface with PMA205 to align India specific training requirements and USN TOFT access.
-Interface with NAWC TSD to align AOP development and configuration control for the training device and software.
-Interface with PMA205/NAWC TSD to manage and track the development of classified/unclassified aircrew, pilot and maintenance courseware development for multiple different configurations through the program.
-Interface with NETSAFA to ensure student throughput is tracking on a timely basis.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: A BA/BS degree in Financial Management, Technical, or Business analysis discipline.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: Has 3 - 10 years of experience and performs all functional duties independently.
Secret Security Clearance Required.
