    WHO YOU ARE:

    As a full-time McKinley Contracts Specialist, YOU WILL NEGOTIATE VARIOUS TYPES OF AGREEMENTS IN ORDER TO MINIMIZE RISK AND PROVIDE A BENEFICIAL SOLUTION FOR MCKINLEY AND OUR CUSTOMERS, SUBCONTRACTORS AND SUPPLIERS.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Review legal documents including, but not limited to Master Subcontractor Agreements, Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, and Non-Disclosure Agreements

    · Ensure that each agreement is revised to be legally binding and in accordance with company risk management policies

    · Negotiate any necessary revisions with customers, subcontractors and suppliers

    · Revise agreements, proofread for accuracy and submit for execution

    · Save digital copies of fully executed documents

    · Self-monitor progress according to the schedule of completion to submit drafts and documents in a timely manner

    · Clearly explain contract terminology to customers, subcontractors, vendors, sales representatives and other interested parties in simple everyday language

    · Other job duties as assigned

    WORK SCHEDULE:

    • First shift. Monday through Friday

    WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:

    • EDUCATION: College Degree
    • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years in similar role.
    • REQUIREMENTS: All job offers are contingent upon a negative drug screen test.
