Nursing Assistant Training Program 

If patient care interests you, then consider this opportunity to enter your career as a Nursing Assistant.  This program is designed to enhance your skillset in direct patient care.  McLeod Health is offering to those who meet the eligibility requirements and who reside in the counties of Chesterfield, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Marion, and Marlboro an opportunity to further their career in healthcare.  Nursing Assistant classes will be held at Florence Darlington Technical College followed by a Clinical Apprenticeship with McLeod Health at no cost to you. Student selection will be on a first come, first serve basis.

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for full-time employment, with benefits as a Medical Surgical Technician on one of the approved McLeod campuses. Students will also receive a Nursing Assistant Certificate of Completion and be eligible for the State Certification exam.
