Job Description
Summary: Provides clerical/administrative support for the Environmental department by providing assistance to other members of the Environmental staff, creating reports and documents, filing, maintaining records and scanning documents. Additional responsibilities include assisting in recordkeeping, preparing and delivering samples, and providing assistance to other environmental staff as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may also be assigned. This position is a full time (minimum 30 hours per week) on-site position.

Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is mostly in an office environment. The employee is occasionally exposed moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, outside weather conditions and extreme heat or cold, wet and/or humid conditions, toxic or caustic chemicals, vibration and moderate to high noise levels.
