Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced night time/PM Meat Cutter to join the team at our successful restaurant. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting cooked meats to order to the high standards set forth by the company. Guest-facing butcher/market style. The Meat Cutter’s goal is to drive sales within the company, minimize line wait times, and maximize profitability. Weekends required. ~30+ hours per week.
Responsibilities
Cut and trim meat using knives to order
Presentation is everything, meats must be plated according to company standards
Receive and inspect meats on the block and provide any necessary feedback to the cooks
Follow high standards of sanitation and quality control
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age
High school diploma/GED required
Experience with BBQ meats
Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 30lbs
