    Mechanic Responsibilities:

    ● Repair and maintenance of all building items reported in the maintenance binder

    ● PM of all building related items specified in the PM calendar

    ● Repair of all equipment entered in the maintenance binder

    ● PM all equipment as specified in the Cardio PM tracking chart and the PM calendar

    ● Maintain accurate records of all equipment repairs and PM

    ● Place orders for parts and or services in a timely manner

    ● Respond to emergency calls for club support

    ● Manage all related R&M expenses within monthly budget

    ● Maintain professional manners at all times and dress in proper company uniform

    ● Tech must have his/her own basic tools

    ● Understand and follow all company procedures, standards and guidelines

    ● Must have working knowledge and understanding of company operating systems and use company provided mobile devices effectively

    ● Expedite all club management requests; this includes but is not limited to installation and removal of promotional items, touch up painting, meetings, etc
