  • Responsibilities

    Must be able to travel to/work on site at various plant locations.

    ****JOB FUNCTIONS:

    This will be entry-level position for a person with good basic mechanical skills. Must be capable of learning and developing the necessary skills to perform the job adequately.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Performs PM Inspections.
    • Performs Post Trip Inspections.
    • General repairs such as clutch and brake adjustments, lights and electrical repairs and tire placement with supervision.
    • May be required to work temporarily at field locations maintaining/repairing equipment, under mentorship
    • Performs other duties as directed.

    Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

    Required Experience

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    1. High school education acceptable.

    2. Specific exposure to an equipment or maintenance environment.

    3. Knowledge of basic hand tools for general equipment repair.

    4. Equipment systems experience a plus.

    5. Must have effective oral and written communications effective listening skills, and ability to interact with others.

    6. 0-3 years of diesel shop experience acceptable.
