    ENCON Equipment is seeking a skilled and experienced Equipment Mechanic to play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our expansive fleet of rental equipment. This position requires advanced technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring our customers receive the most reliable equipment in the industry.

    As the backbone of our operations, you'll help ensure our equipment operates at peak performance, supporting major projects in construction, landscaping, and more. If you're ready to take on a key role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

    What You'll Do:

    • Diagnose and repair hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems on a variety of equipment, including telehandlers, aerial lifts, skid steers, compact track loaders, and excavators.
    • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the life of equipment.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical issues , ensuring all repairs meet high safety and quality standards.
    • Maintain detailed service records and work orders using our maintenance software.
    • Collaborate with the service team to ensure all equipment is rental-ready and meets ENCON's standards of reliability.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Extensive mechanical experience with heavy or construction equipment.
    • Strong knowledge of diesel engines , hydraulic systems , and electrical diagnostics.
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics, service manuals, and technical documents.
    • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software.
    • A self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Valid driver's license
