_Located just 4 miles from Fort Lauderdale's beaches, Dayton Granger, Inc. designs and manufactures advanced aviation products, including antennas, lightning protection, and electrostatic dischargers, for commercial, general aviation, and military customers. Responsibilities:

• Assembles parts using fixtures or tools as per work instructions and blue prints.
• Performing comprehensive processes, including drilling, assembling, bonding, and foaming, to ensure the successful bonding of complete assemblies.
• Embraces Company values while performing to quality standards.
• Operates various ovens and works with epoxies and adhesives.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management
• Follows all DG safety procedures as per company policies and per the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

Minimum Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with riveting, drilling, and molding
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to communicate read and understand procedures, instructions and notices in English.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints.
• Familiarity with mechanical and bonding assembly processes preferred.
• Must be able to lift and push up to 25 lbs and have good eye to hand coordination

Preferred, Not Required :

• Experience bonding composite assemblies preferred.
