    Title: Mechanical & Electrical Assembly Technician

    Location: Ewing, NJ (onsite, Mon-Fri, 7 am-3:30 pm)

    Essential Skills & Requirements:

    • Combination of Electrical & Mechanical Experience – Must have hands-on experience with both electrical components (wiring, soldering) and mechanical assembly (tools, metalwork).

    • Machining & Fabrication Knowledge – Experience with grinding, stud welding, and machining is required.

    • Physical Capability – Ability to lift and maneuver 40-50 lbs. regularly in an industrial environment.

    • Blueprint & Schematic Reading – Must be able to read and follow technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings.

    • Hand & Power Tool Proficiency – Comfortable using grinders, drills, torque wrenches, soldering irons, and other fabrication tools.

    • Quality & Safety Awareness – Adheres to safety protocols, performs quality checks, and ensures compliance with assembly standards.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Assemble and integrate electrical and mechanical components according to engineering specifications.

    2. Perform soldering, wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical assemblies and connections.

    3. Use machining tools (grinders, stud welders, drills, etc.) to fabricate or modify components as needed.

    4. Conduct quality inspections and tests on assembled parts to ensure accuracy and functionality.

    5. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.

    6. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to correctly assemble parts and troubleshoot issues.

    7. Lift, move, and position materials and components as needed for assembly.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in electro-mechanical assembly, industrial maintenance, HVAC, or fabrication.

    • Background in manufacturing, production, or mechanical/electrical repair roles.

    • Familiarity with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) and diagnostic equipment.
