We are seeking a Mechanical-electrical CAD Technician to join our team! Benefits: • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401(k) • Life Insurance Responsibilities: • Apply knowledge of engineering and drafting standards, systems, document control, departmental guides, applicable codes, policies, and procedures. • Demonstrate personal accuracy and support continuous improvement. • Perform review of drawings to ensure deliverables follow the specific Codes and Standards suitable for the project. • Coordinate deliverables with other groups involved in the same project to minimize interference or errors. • Must be able to communicate and plan with different departments to complete projects. Qualifications: • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit. • Experience with Revit or BIM360 preferred, but not required. • Knowledge of engineering and drafting standards and document control protocol to support project requirements and deadlines. • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $18+ hourly DOE
